    Adjunct Professor Asif Iqbal，Director of Southern Cross School of Business, UON, has over twenty years’ experience as an academic, most of it in academic management roles. The lecture will explore the relationship and impact of  culture on business, leadership, cultural values and norms, cross-cultural management context and cross-cultural management challenges in this context.
